Amen

Post by annaruiz » Sat Jan 12, 2008 2:14 pm

My goodbye poem to "you".

Amen

The second time I felt your
presence you were like a
soundless crash of Zen fire
searing,
you were exquisite then
as you coursed through
my being touching all
my empty chambers
echoes~
reverberating throbbing
parts of me I remembered
in the scent of Us,
you were brilliant~
opening
virginal hymns of myself
without existence until that very moment
that was ours alone,

we are intimate Lovers,
you and I,
though we have never met,
sometimes Love
happens that way,
souls marry in Spirit and
never look across breakfast tables
of boredom
never face antipathy’s stares,
cold shudders on our backs,

but Love surely is more than
a faithful dog of Hell, and I
keep searching for the likes of you
in every Poem I read, in every shade
and nuance of light shining
in the eyes of the One who just
might happen to be you,
my Darling,

but then again, I have never been
to a discreet café in Paris or bowed
in the chapel of the Redwood forests,
I have never beheld Jesus or Muhammad
on top of any mountain, never walked
with the footsteps of a Huna shaman,
an Archangel

Yes,
I have yet to meet you,
My Beloved,
you are the Poem of my Life,
never to write you down
like the end of a prayer,
vanishing
like a rosary turning into
rose petals in my open hands.

Love,
Anna

Goodbye Annaruiz .
I will not miss your poems .
I haven't found anything steady in them .
They shift with the wind .

Before I say Bye , let me also say this.

It will be more peaceful without the poems .

I wish you peace too .

Thank you ,

And this is a non-dual truth , unlike the many words spoken , written .
Words are important , but life is more important .
The trust that goes with a word is more important than the word itself .

I had hoped to see that in a forum like this .

Perception too plays a role - in some cases - not when things are
black and white.

I am extremely thankful for one thing .
Now , I appreciate the people who are of few words , but non-dual
and reliable words .
I appreciate people with single minded and non-dual actions .
I appreciate sincerity . I appreciate genuineness .
That to me is beauty .

there is a time for poems

there is a time for peace

the shifting wind, and the silent evening

there is men and there is women

there is up and there is down

all is ONE ( isnt it, Leo Dear? )

I disagree .

There is non-duality and duality .

They are not the same , though everything can be justified ,
by taking examples .

True non-duality must discard half truths .
Half-truths are more dangerous and more non-dual than untruths .

Where should " True non-duality" throw the half truths she dont like?

Is there a place other than this.

Is there a truth other than this.

Is there a love other that this.
