This 'dreamer', hangs in the void... it is the void, so called only because it cannot be sensed or known and so appears as no 'thing'... yet this that reads these words is Almighty, Everlasting, The Beloved.

All this apparent fuss over trying to understand it... The apparent struggle to know 'who' or 'what' or 'how' it is... a useless charade. Razz

Knowing 'that' one is... eternally... is peace indeed.

What strife can overcome the one that is the author of all strife and all peace?

Enjoy it dear one.

It is the only game in town

"useless" - really? Does this judgement not rest upon many assumptions?
who is to judge? Surprised

Wonderful, thank you Sara!

However...the fear, the extreme FEAR!

Consciousness here, seems to watch a movie called:

"A not existing (though oftentimes believing in its own existence) guy called fox's extreme fear of coming home..."

The abyss, the total unknown is lurking...!

Confused

Yeah, sweet darling. Smile <hug>

And really there's nothing that can be done about the fear. Sad It just kinda disappears on its own.....or not.

And the sudden surrendering to love happens all by itself.....and this sweet little 'shift', not even a definitive 'click', is so indescribably awesome and gentle, and simple and hilariously FUNNY!!! Laughing And that's just the beginning......or not.

But in this 'fox' play, it appears as though there is a sort of 'readiness' happening: there is an apparent returning again and again to this 'forum' (kind of like a compulsion, innit Question ..... oh, yeah! Heh!) by what you really are. It's like One is pretending to be curious and drawn to itself. So funny.

Those are all just 'hollow'dek words', but maybe something (not the 'fox) is 'seeing' all this and paying close attention.

And (this may seem cold, but it really isn't) 'you' have no choice about this (or anything else!), 'cause really there already is no 'fox'! You are the lover!

So, lova',.....wanna go to another movie (within a movie) with me?

Oneness is producing "The Last Grasp". You'll laugh.....you'll cry......Wink

It's starring all your favourite characters and leo's treating! Razz

love,
sarordinary

'Useless' are just 'marks'. If these marks are associated with any meaning (and so appear as a 'word')... the meaning that is understood references only other meaning. No meaning is alive, no meaning can see, or hear or feel or taste or smell or know. As such no 'meaning' can ever 'say' anything 'meaningful' about 'reality. Confused

If the merks Wink appear as 'meaningless'...

Well, it is all 'useless' Cool

What 'use' could this play be to seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, feeling and knowing (consciousness) Shocked

Now, this can be 'understood' so as to appear 'dualistic': seeing and colours and hearing and sounds and knowing and meaning. But this is not 'what' is being pointed to. There is no 'separation', yet colours appear and disappear while seeing remains, meaning arises and is apparently forgotten, yet knowing remains.

Again these are not words to be understood. Confused

Love

Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

"Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!"

He took his vorpal sword in hand:
Long time the manxome foe he sought --
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
And stood awhile in thought.

And, as in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
And burbled as it came!

One, two! One, two! And through and through
The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back.

"And, has thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!'
He chortled in his joy.

`Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

'When I use a word,' Humpty Dumpty said, in a rather scornful tone,' it means just what I choose it to mean, neither more nor less.'

Indeed! Something feels compelled to come here (home?) again and again...!
Confused Smile

Damn, if I only knew...it's probably a fantasy of things like:
paradise...eternal peace...the end of suffering...(or the end of the sufferer thereof; however, I would definitively prefer the end of suffering...)

I don't know what's going on...but there is probably a movie going on which stars a foxy guy who actually tries to change the movie itself - which is probably not directly possible... Sad

However, the holy sacrament unfortunately lately shows me only one thing: the lurking ego-death...and I am spared nothing - metaphysical terror of letting go...

"I" can kind of see that there must be some strange stuff called awareness, right here an now, always prior to the movie called "Fox's horrible fight with ego-death"...

but here the situation seem to be as follows:

Awareness wants to watch another movie... Wink Confused
