No need of a way out (of the dream)

Post by Aurora » Sun Apr 15, 2007 9:18 pm

There is no need of a way out [of the dream]! Don't you see that a way out is also a part of the dream? All you have to do is see the dream as dream. The very idea of going beyond the dream is illusory. Why go anywhere? Just realize that you are dreaming a dream you call the world, and stop looking for ways out. The problem is not the dream. Your problem is that you like one part of your dream and not another. Love all, or none of it, and stop complaining. When you have seen the dream as a dream, you have done all that needs be done.

No Way out of the dream
for the dream character.
No need to get out either
as the dream is in You.

....could we say You are the Dream Itself...
...and it is natural,
...it is meant how to be
...why need to go against
...natural Universal laws?

Yes we could say that Anna.
I don't know if it is
how it is meant to be
but it certainly is as it is.

There is really no one
and no way
to go against it.
Although 'going against it'
may appear as part of the dream.

You are the dream,
as well as the dreamer.
You appear to your self in the dream
and yet you are not limited to such an appearance.

The dream may come or go
You are the unborn dreamer of all.

--------

From Goethe's "Fragment on Nature."

Even in resisting her laws one obeys them;
and one works with her
even in desiring to work against her.

hmmmmm... in day to day living I very much seem to be limited by the appearances!

What do I miss?

Nothing fox; day to day living is only possible because of the apparent limitations. It's the limitations set by the cup, that make drinking tea a possibility.

You are no more limited to those appearances,
than electricity is limited by the lamp it lits up,
yet it is the limitations set by the lamp, that make it possible for electricity to appear as light.

Perhaps you think you're the lamp only,
but you -as electricity- are not limited to the lamp.

Amen brother!

You talking to me?"

Without ME nothing can be.
Without 'me' everything is.

Without the ocean the wave cannot appear.
Without the wave, the ocean still is.

You are the dream,
as well as the dreamer.
You appear to your self in the dream
and yet you are not limited to such an appearance.

The dream may come or go
You are the unborn dreamer of all.

Odd....

The first thought that appeared this a.m was a Good One!

"Eye am not interested in survival" i sez to myself...
....Life is simply for living.

Survival on the other hand is and endless dress rehersal of
...reptiles and psychos.

Life is a one time thing.....Breath in some of the nice air.
